However, I found the reviews to be the most insightful aspect of the individual profiles, as they come from previous renters who have experienced using the bicycle without a vested interest to make it seem better than it is. Users leave a rating out of five stars and a short comment to let other riders know what to expect. For me, this makes the platform more reliable than bike shops, which often don’t have any reviews, particularly not of individual bikes.
